MODIFICATION AND AVAILABILITY OF TERMS

1. BOOKING CONTRACT

INTRODUCTION

2. PAYMENTS AND INVOICING

  • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the trip cost per person is required for all land tours. This deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Online Bookings: For reservations made online, the deposit will be processed via our secure online payment portal. You'll be guided through the payment process upon confirming your travel selections.

  • Offline Bookings: If you're booking through an offline channel, we will provide you with a payment link through our payment partner's portal, enabling you to fulfill the deposit requirement securely.

  • Cruise or Train Reservations: For bookings that include cruise or train components with third-party providers, the deposit amount may vary according to the specific deposit payment policies of the third-party supplier. In such cases, you will be informed of the exact deposit amount required and the due date.

  • Third-Party Supplier Payments: Should your travel plans involve third-party suppliers for cruises or trains, you'll need to complete a credit card authorization form. The deposit payment will then be processed directly to the third-party supplier, separate from our standard payment portal.

  • Air-inclusive Trip Deposit and Payment Requirements: For packages that include air travel, additional, non-refundable, and non-transferable deposits and payments per person are necessary for international and intra-flight segments. These are in addition to previously mentioned deposits and payments. The pricing for trips including air travel is confirmed upon receiving either the deposit or the full payment for the entire booking, as detailed further below. All air services are governed by the respective carrier's terms and conditions, these Terms, and applicable laws.

  • Final Payment: The deadline for final payments is set according to the number of days before the services begin. Should the full payment not be received by this deadline, the reservation will be cancelled, and any deposits and travel protection payments made will be non-refundable. For the majority of our trips, the final payment is due 120 days before the trip's departure. The deadline is always detailed in your booking confirmation/invoice. Prompt payment ensures the continuation of your reservation without any disruptions.

  • Air Ticket Deposit and Final Payment:

  • Flowee Contracted Air Ticket:

  • Deposit: From $300 to the full ticket price.

  • Final Payment: As outlined in the product schedule.

  • Restricted Instant Purchase Air Ticket:

  • Deposit: Total ticket cost at booking plus a processing fee of $30 per ticket.

  • Final Payment: Due at the time of reservation.

  • Intra-flight Air Ticket:

  • Final Payment: As indicated in the product schedule.

  • Permissible Payment Modes: We accept various payment methods, including checks, electronic funds transfer, and major credit cards.

  • Payment Notifications and Confirmations: After each payment, you'll receive a confirmation detailing the transaction, which serves as your record of payment and outlines the remaining balance, if any.

  • Failure to Comply: Non-adherence to the final payment deadline results in the forfeiture of your deposit as a penalty. To reinstate a reservation after a lapse, a $50 administration fee is imposed, and the booking will be subject to the prevailing pricing rate, which may differ from the initial rate quoted.

3. PRICING GUARANTEE

  • Correction of Pricing Errors: Flowee Journey reserves the authority to correct pricing and reissue an invoice in case of errors due to system malfunction or human oversight.

  • Cost Structure: Advertised prices are on a per-person basis, assuming two individuals per room, unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude transportation to the destination unless specifically incorporated in certain travel packages. Prices are subject to alteration until the full deposit is received.

  • Price Lock-In: Upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit, the price of your land tour is locked in and guaranteed not to increase, irrespective of any subsequent fluctuations in exchange rates, operational costs, or supplier pricing.

  • Included in the Price: The confirmed price includes all services, accommodations, tours, and meals as outlined in your itinerary. Any changes or additions to the itinerary may affect the overall price.

  • Exclusions: Please note that the price does not cover personal expenses such as insurance, airfare (unless specified), gratuities, and incidental expenses, unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

  • Third-Party Services: For reservations that include services from third-party providers (such as cruises or train journeys), the pricing guarantee applies to the components booked through Flowee Journey. Any separate payments made directly to third-party suppliers are subject to their pricing policies and conditions.

  • Price Adjustments: Should you amend your booking in any way that alters the original itinerary or service selection, the price guarantee may be voided, and the current rate at the time of the change will apply.

  • Notification of Changes: In the rare event that a price adjustment is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified immediately, and options will be provided, including the right to cancel the booking with a full refund of all payments made.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your booking by informing Flowee Journey. The calculation of the cancellation fee will encompass all services and fees listed on your invoice, and it is dependent on the number of days before your scheduled departure when we receive your cancellation notice. For detailed cancellation fee schedules, please refer to the previously provided information.

Cancellations by Flowee Journey

Flowee Journey reserves the right, as allowed by law, to cancel or reschedule any trip for various reasons, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, labor disputes, or unforeseen Force Majeure events (detailed in the "Force Majeure" section).

In case Flowee Journey cancels a trip before departure (excluding Force Majeure reasons), we will offer to reschedule you onto another departure date or a comparable trip, subject to availability. Should the alternative option be less expensive, you will receive a refund for the difference. Additional costs for a more expensive alternative will be your responsibility. If rescheduling is not suitable for you, Flowee Journey will refund the amounts you have paid for the booking.

In the event of a cancellation by Flowee Journey due to Force Majeure, we will provide a credit for future travel, valid for one year from your original trip start date. If this credit is not acceptable, you may request a refund for the affected portion of your trip within 30 days of being informed of the cancellation. Failure to notify us within this period will result in the unavailability of a refund.

Flowee Journey is not liable for any independently made arrangements outside of our services. This includes costs or fees associated with external arrangements such as airlines, hotels, excursions, and travel insurance not booked through Flowee Journey.

  • Notification: All cancellations must be communicated to Flowee Journey in writing. Written confirmation of cancellation request must be sent to cancellation@floweejourney.com. The cancellation will take effect the day we receive your written notification.

  • Deposit: The initial deposit of 20% of the trip cost per person is non-refundable. This applies to all land tour bookings.

  • Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your booking after final payment, specific fees beyond the deposit may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to your departure date. Here’s the fee structure:

  • More than 120 days before departure: Deposit only

  • 119-90 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost

  • 89-60 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost

  • 59-30 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost

  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost

  • Cruise or Train Components: If your booking includes a cruise or train components, the cancellation policy of the respective third-party supplier will apply. You may be subject to additional fees as per their policy. Please refer to the third-party website for detail terms and conditions.

  • Air Ticket Cancellation Fees: Once an air ticket is booked, any cancellation will incur fees as follows:

  • Cancellation Fee: Fees range from $300 up to the full ticket price, depending on the time of cancellation and the terms of the airfare.

  • Reinstatement of Booking: If you wish to reinstate a booking after cancellation, a $50 administration fee will be charged, plus any increase in the trip cost as per the current rate.

  • No-Shows: Failure to commence your trip without prior cancellation notification will result in the forfeiture of the entire trip cost.

While we strive to accommodate last-minute amendments, options may be more limited, and costs potentially higher as your departure date approaches. Importantly, changes requested within 120 days of your departure are treated as a cancellation of the original tour and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

  • Limitations: Some changes may not be feasible due to the nature of the booking or availability issues. Flowee Journey will make every effort to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that all requested amendments can be fulfilled.

  • Cancellation Reinstatement: If a booking is reinstated after cancellation, an administration fee of $50 will apply, and the booking will be subject to the current pricing and availability.
